Job Reporting
All Competent Person Schemes are required to transfer information on all work carried out by their registered firms to the relevant local authority.
In order to do this, your firm - as a registered competent person - is required to transfer the relevant information on each of your jobs to us.
The Electrical Energy Efficiency Scheme has established a simple electronic means of carrying out this function online. Once your firm has been successfully registered, you will be able to gain access to the Job Reporting section of the site using your scheme registration number and password.
A detailed explanation of the job reporting process will be provided in your welcome pack, which you will receive upon successful registration with the scheme.
Information Required
You will be required to provide information describing the work and clearly locating it within the building concerned, as well as providing the postal address of the building where the work is carried out. This information will be captured using a standard drop-down menu (once finalised by the DCLG) – all you will have to do is tick the relevant boxes.
Costs
Your firm will be charged £1.50 + VAT per job reported.
