This application form will collect the required information for us to process your company to become a Part L Competent Person. At the end of the form you will be transferred to Streamline so that you may pay by credit card. All assessment work and payment is administered and undertaken by the Electrical Contractors' Association (ECA).

Before you start this process, you will need the following information available:-
- Your ECA membership number (if you are an ECA member)
- The name(s) of your Energy Supervisor(s) together with their relevant qualifications.
- The Energy Supervisor(s) JIB Gold card number if they do not have a relevant qualification
- Credit or debit card details
